This painting for sale on Catawiki, however, measures 84cmx74cm with the frame, while without it it measures 50cmx63.5cm.
This work was painted in oil on canvas and is by an English artist from the 18th-19th centuries. The colors are vibrant, as you can see in the photos, and the work has been cleaned. The painting does not require restoration.
It depicts a girl carrying a basket of fruit. The work features typical 18th-century features and is reminiscent of Caravaggio's "Boy with a Basket of Fruit."

There are some professionally applied patches on the back. Overall, the work is in exceptionally good condition. The craquelure is thick and indicates the work's age.
The author of the work contained in Middlethorpe, England, is also unknown.
It cannot be shipped to the United States of America or outside the European Union.

The artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped via Mail Boxes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
