This hand-painted and glazed ceramic vase dates back to the 19th century. The style is neoclassical, as can be seen from the presence of busts and winged figures in the ovals.
It is interesting to note that the decoration is in fake green and white marble. The artist was very skilled in rendering the veins of the marble. Some details are in fake gilded bronze. This is a vase that, at the end of the 19th century, wants to imitate previous models dating back to the 18th century. There are no marks from the manufacturer. This is a very interesting object and worth studying.
The measurements are: height: 51cm, width: 28cm, length: 20cm.
